xfilter|Mastering Edition takes the true stereo-linked 4-band architecture of xfilter and optimizes it specifically for mastering workflows: a precise control range of +/-5 dB on all four bands, stepped 41-position potentiometers for accurate, repeatable recall, and an extended +27 dBu of headroom that preserves pristine quality even at high signal levels.

Like the standard xfilter, it offers switchable Q on the two parametric mid bands, resonant high/low-cut filters on the outer bands, and the passive Massage filter for top-end polish - all matched with computer-selected, low-tolerance potentiometers for true stereo integrity.
