The Analog Mastering Tool

Since its introduction in 2008, the elysia alpha compressor has become a modern classic on mastering benches around the world. Every unit is hand-built and individually tested at elysia's headquarters in Nettetal, Germany, using elysia's fully discrete, temperature-compensated Passive Current Attenuator (PCA) circuit for gain reduction.

Switchable feed-forward and feedback topologies let engineers dial in anything from gentle, glue-like compression to hard limiting, while true stereo and internal Mid/Side processing give precise control over the width and focus of a master. A built-in parallel compression blend, a sidechain filter and a Tilt EQ for fine tonal shaping round out a feature set built specifically for the demands of mastering.
