Building on BURL Audio's reputation of sonic superiority, the B26 Orca Control Room Monitor utilizes the same analog, all-discrete circuit path philosophy as other BURL Audio products, with an emphasis on the ultimate in sonic transparency and 3D stereo imaging. Now with BURL NextGen Analog circuitry (BOPA10 and BOPA8 op-amps), the B26 Orca delivers tighter bass and higher definition throughout the audio spectrum.
The B26 Orca offers 3 stereo mix inputs, 2 stereo tape return inputs and an RCA stereo input, feeding 2 stereo speaker outputs through an audiophile 0.1% matched resistor, stepped attenuator. Independent studio and phones sends, dedicated control room and studio headphone outputs, and an external meter output round out a control room monitor designed to let you hear exactly what's on tape - with wider stereo image, deeper 3D imaging and a tighter low end.
