BDA8 D/A CONVERTER CARD

An 8-channel digital-to-analog converter daughter card with DSUB connectivity, the BDA8 is the result of over 25 years of R&D D/A design experience and thousands of hours of listening tests. It utilizes the same digital-to-analog conversion technology as the B2 Bomber DAC, coupled with the proprietary BURL Audio BOPA14 discrete, class-A op-amp - a combination that sounds real, open and huge.

Now with BURL NextGen Analog circuitry, the BDA8 includes Avid delay matching, upgraded heat dissipation and filter select options via jumper settings, for tighter bass, higher definition and a wider, more three-dimensional stereo image. Daughter card for the BURL Audio Mothership modular system, compatible with both the B80 and B16 chassis.

The B2 Bomber DAC Sound, Eight Channels at a Time

The BDA8 carries the same digital-to-analog conversion technology as the B2 Bomber DAC into the Mothership platform, paired with the proprietary BOPA14 discrete, class-A op-amp for a sound that's real, open and huge across 8 channels per card.

BURL Audio's NextGen Analog circuitry adds Avid delay matching, upgraded heat dissipation and jumper-selectable filtering, so instruments and mixes gain a wider stereo image and more depth while keeping the original harmonic balance of the source intact.
