The B80 Mothership chassis provides 10 card slots across a heavy-duty 4U frame, all clocked from a single internal master clock via the BURL BACKBONE - no more cascading units or outboard word clock generators. Load it with BAD8/BDA8 cards for 68 channels of mix-ready fidelity, BAD8 cards alone for 64 line-level inputs, or B4 Mic Pre cards for 40 channels of true microphone gain.
Choose Your Digital Connectivity
Every B80 ships as a complete chassis with a motherboard installed, which sets how the unit talks to your DAW or network. The BMB1 gives you dual, both-primary DigiLink ports for up to 64 channels straight into Pro Tools. The BMB2 provides dual optical MADI ports. The BMB3 brings Dante networking, available as a standard single-port board or, at a small premium, a dual-port version for redundant or primary/secondary Dante routing. The BMB4 connects to a Waves SoundGrid network for low-latency audio-over-Ethernet.
