An Analog Front End Worthy of Your Best Mic Pre

Open up a typical ADC and, even in an expensive interface, you'll often find 10-cent capacitors and 25-cent op-amps behind the conversion stage. BURL Audio solved this by designing an analog audio path that complements the analog-to-digital process itself, using a discrete, class-A, zero-feedback, zero-capacitor signal path built around the proprietary BX1 transformer.

The result is a converter built for tracking, mixing and mastering alike: 30-segment peak and RMS metering tells you exactly how hot you're running the signal, and a 6-position attenuator lets you dial in input headroom to taste. Pair the B2 Bomber ADC with a B2 Bomber DAC for the complete B2 Bomber signal chain.
